What is the average time to get a response from support? I opened a ticket a day and a half ago and I have heard nothing. Is this standard?

It never used to be a problem, but since mid-May I have NOT been hearing from their support team. I used to hear back within a day or two... but now I've taken to emailing every few days, updating tickets... and nothing.

Perhaps someone is ill over there, I don't know. I am hoping they repudiate themselves soon, or post an explanation.
