Hi,

Does anyone know why in the confimation emails the Hi, [RecipientUsername] is not replaced with the real users name? example email below....

Subject: FabWorks Knowledge Base - Account Information
Hi [RecipientUsername],
An administrator has updated your password at FabWorks Knowledge Base.
You new password is: *****
Please keep this information safe. This may be required the next time you login to the support center.

Sorry for my long delay responding. Your quite right those "Quick Tags" in-between the quick brackets are replaced at run-time with the real values from the database. If you've not resolved your issue or would like further information on how to modify this specific snippet of code don't hesitate to respond,
