Id like to hear from anyone else on this subject. I know that the old forum I was using snitz had this function in it and I now realize how much nicer it is to have set. Right now if you click on a link within a post it works like normal opening up the hyperlinked page in the browser window you're viewing. Many times a link is provided as something to view and then comment on so you end up right clicking and opening link as new window (but the newbies dont realize you can do this in most cases). I would personally petition that all hyperlinks within posts should be targetted at a new window so that viewers are not forced to leave the forum in order to view remote content, images etc... they are free to view/read the linked content, then close that browser and continue back with the forum... no BACK button tango. Comments?

I think this is a GREAT idea. I am a BIG believer in always opening related links in new windows. I would just put something like the text: (opens in new window) so people are very clear. Did this make 3.4? Thanks, Drew
