I think if you are the administrator or the moderator you should have the "post options" avail all the time when entering new posts rather than going to "Manage Posts"... Just a thought... Great Product! Keep up the good work. The Chad

This will certainly be reviewed for 3.5. If not then it will certainly be available with a 3.x release
