Hi All, Im considering updating my forum software with your little offering (very promising by the way!). I currently have 300 users registered in my old SQL2000 based database serving my current forum. Does Instanforum.NET allow me to import these members, assuming I can export them from the other forum software. Additionally can I import other existing data, such as threads or posts, or will I need to advise my community they will have to re-register and basically start from scratch? Hi Manny, Thank you for your post and interest in our software. It's certainly possible to migrate your existing data into the InstantForum.NET tables. You will need to create a script that basically loops through your existing data and populates the IF.NET tables. The IF.NET database fields are very intuitive and i'm sure it would not take long to understand what to copy over and where. Is this a standard forum that is already available or something you have developed in-house ? Would you be comfortable converting the data. This is something we can assist with for a small hourly fee if that would help. I look forward to your response,
