If you have attempted to use the knowledge base during the course of today you may have experienced problems with the incorrect article displaying for the hyperlink you have visited.
We implemented a new cache class which unfortunately created some problems today because the dependency on the database was not picked up by the code. This has since been removed but will be implemented again once stable.
Please accept our apology for this inconvenience. This has now been resolved and the support knowledge base is now fully working.
We are currently working towards the v1.3 release of the knowledge base. We now have the various upgrade instructions and supporting documentation now available. Testing is progressing very well and many customers have already updated their existing v1.2 installation and provided valuable feedback. At the time of creating this post the v1.3 knowledge base release should certainly be available within the next 6-7 days. Thank you for all the people who responded to the post requesting beta testers - this has proved very popular
