This is just a quick note to let you know we have been having some problems with our sales@instantasp.co.uk email address.
Unfortunately an auto-responder has caught in a loop with our auto-responder and we now have over 96,000 (148mb) email's we are attempting to download.
If you have recently sent an email to sales@instantasp.co.uk but have not received a response yet please resend this email to support@instantasp.co.uk and we will deal with your request as quickly as possible.
This does not effect online orders. These are being received and processed as normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope to resolve this issue ASAP.
InstantKB v1.3 Update : We have now moved all application settings outside of web.config file and provided the ability to modify the application settings from within the admin area. This also ensures you don't have to keep a local and live duplicate of the web.config file. We are expecting release this weekend. Stay tuned...
