I tried to get the style sheet from

This is my site. I can get the forumheader style to work

It stays blue.

That's because you'll notice within the css file that the table headers (along with a few others) are using an image (the blue image)... If you comment out that css attribute you will just be using the table... or you can replace the image with your own.
