If "Allow Posts Within Forum" is set to no... the "Optional Forum Notes" do not display for this forum.

Should this be?

I'd sure like to be able to display forum notes within a forum setup in this fashion.

Example : I create a forum that doesn't allow posts & then propagate that forum with Sub-forums... This way it acts as a container for the sub-forums without allowing posts within itself... This is were I'd like to display an optional forum note.

Opinions?
