1) How do I turn off RSS?

2) I have authomatic registration turned on.  The email sent to the user has  "Your forum account has been approved by [SenderUsername]."  SenderUsername is correctly filled in for other emails.

3) I'm occasionally getting an 'Object Moved' link both here and on my forums occasionally.

Hi Andy,

Many thanks for your post.

2) I have authomatic registration turned on.  The email sent to the user has  "Your forum account has been approved by [SenderUsername]."  SenderUsername is correctly filled in for other emails.

This has now been resolved and will be available for download within My.InstantASP. This will also be available as part of the v4.1 update due soon. You will need to ensure you apply the latest DLL files and en-US\Emails.xml file when downloading the updated files from within your My.InstantASP area.

3) I'm occasionally getting an 'Object Moved' link both here and on my forums occasionally.

Although i've not experienced this behaviour (yet) I found an interesting article on the Microsoft support site at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888418/

We will be contacting Microsoft support to obtain the update. In the meantime we will also look to resolve this within the code without the need to apply the update. Could you provide any further information about your set-up that may help us replicate this problem. I've not experienced this here on these forums. Anyone else?

I'll certainly keep this topic updated.

Kindest Regards,

I just got the "object moved' message twice here in the forums.

I was adding a topic in 'Suggestings' and got it when I hit 'Post Reply'

The URL on the screen with the "object Moved" was: http://support.instantasp.co.uk/Forum51-1.aspx?Update=1

---

Then I replying to this topic to let you know and I hit some key combination that cancled my reply and received the error.
