As part of a daily routine I do, I open a secure website, (https://...etc) , type in a username and password, and that brings me to a index page where I download a new file each day.  I would like to figure out how to write a vb.net program that would do that for me.  Is this possible?  I use vb.net to write applications that perform SQL queries and crunch numbers but have no clue if it's possible to do what I want it to do.  If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate any direction.  Thanks.

I moved this topic to the .NET Chit-Chat forum. It seems to be more appropriate
