We have already upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1.

In version 4.0 we had a few own defined attachments: .ppt, .pps, .vsd.

After upgrading the Edit Attachment command produced crash.

The error was solved by deleting Attachment Types in Admin CP and recreating them again. Now it works fine.
