Sorry guys,

The investigation is still going on.  I will keep you posted when we have the solution.

Kindest Regards,

John,

Are you able to provide us with a better status update? eg

* You've nailed the issue and are conducting final regression testing.

* You think you have a solution, but are still performing code walkthroughs.

* Everyone is scratching their heads wearing baffled expressions.

thanks

justin

I'd like an update as well. As, AFAICT, it's a blocking problem one would normally expect to be fixed in 24 hours and it's been nearly a week since I gave up trying to get it to work.

Dear fishslice,

We have found the problem and fixed it. We are assembling a patch, after which we will perform regression testing and distribute it early next week.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say that it is all up and working now. I'm extremely impressed with the product and look forward to seeing KB 2.0 when it's available.

I did see a post on this somewhere else, but if you do decide to commercialise your ticketing system, I would be interested as well.

regards

justin

I have completed a fresh install of the the forum under dotNet 2.0 and have the same issue as prescribed in previous posts... can anyone point me in the right direction for a fix or patch?

Thanks in advance....
