| On Ver 4.1.2 I send out a bulk email and some people get multiples of the email a minute or two apart. They are only in one forum group. Is anything resolved on this or is the cause known? Thanks. pat

| Hi Pat, We have received reports of this happening before, however, we have never been able to replicate this. This issue is very high on the list for further investigation for version 4.1.4, though.
 Kindest Regards,
John Tabor

| If there is anything I can do to help, such as give you full access or even do a GoToMeeting from my computer. Carlos has a PW to the server from a previous problem. I can pretty much make it happen. From an email I sent to about 50 people last night, I received 3 replies that said they got from 7 to 10 each of the same email. Let me know what you need. Pat

clmayo (10/27/2006) I had this happen tonight on my new instalation version 4.1.4 - Some users recieved bulk mail sent once more than 8 times. We took a sledge hammer to it and changed servers to a server with a different mail system where we had more control. The other server was a managed server that used a mail system on another server in the data center. We just brought the forum inhouse and now it works. On that other server, we were also getting things stuck in the queue and moving to the new server fixed that also. It's just a mystery. Sorry I can't give you a more elegant fix. Pat
