Many of the grid views (e.g. Staff CP - Manage Comments &Admin CP - Manage Members) are set to page at 10 records which is a very small number for my organization. This makes management much more cumbersome than it has to be.
It would be much easier to manage if I could increase this paging limit (e.g. to 50 or even 100 on a grid view) but I can see any way to do this. Is there a config file I could manually edit or is this grid view paging limit hard coded into the page?
Hope your very well. Great Question. You certainly can modify the number of records displayed per page for any datagrid within InstantKB.NET.
You will simply need to modify the view for the repective datagrid within your Admin CP. . I've attached a screengrab below to assist...
You will then list a list of views available under the knowledgebase tab...
Lets say for example you wanted to modify the number of results displayed per page when managing articles within the Staff CP you will need to edit the "Manage Articles"view. Click the Edit View button next to the Manage Articles built-in view and you'll see the following page...
You can update the number of default results displayed per page as shown above. Once modified you'll need to click the "Save View"button for the changes to take effect.
You can modify the views for any tab. You may also find the following video helpful... https://kb.instantasp.co.uk/Videos/InstantKB.NET-Feature-Spotlight-Custom-View-Creation
